Return Policy For Store Credit Only

At Willow & Nash, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns. We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive a Willow & Nash store credit only.
No refunds will be issued to original payment methods.

Store credit can be used online or in-store.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email photos before sending it back so we can assist you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

U.S. Orders / Duties & Tariffs

Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or collected by Willow & Nash.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/tariffs and returned to us:

  • Store credit will be issued once the package is received back
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the store credit amount
