Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email once your order is prepared for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Willow & Nash is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Willow & Nash is not responsible for:
